摘要

This paper presents the testing methods intended for anti-seismic elastomeric devices and systems, in compliance with EN 15129:2009, as well as the possibilities to use the experimental results under actual dynamic exciting conditions. The equivalence of the damping parameters in respect to the kinematic-dynamic exciting regime, with or without added punctual mass, under kinematic and dynamic exciting conditions will be illustrated.
