METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF HIRSCHSPRUNG'S DISEASE IN CHILDREN

摘要

FIELD: medicine; surgery; pediatrics. SUBSTANCE: proceeding from laparotomic access, altered colon segment is resected, followed by demucosing rectum segment. Next posteriosagittal incision is practised, rectum is found, its muscular layer is dissected, followed by demucosing and resecting mucous envelope of rectum. Colon is descended through muscular envelope and anastomosis is formed, followed by closing anastomosis with muscular layer. In order to prevent possibility of disease recidive, two accesses to aganglionary segment of rectum are used, whereby it becomes possible to precisely determine level of distal resection and to minimize probability for arising inflammatory complications in pelvic cavity because of inflicting to rectum's mucosa minimum trauma during demucosation and also due to closing anastomosis zone by muscular envelope. Above- describes manipulations do not interfere with function of pelvic organs, since use of posteriosagittal access does not disturb function of pelvis bottom muscles and permits to prevent injury to nerve ceptors. EFFECT: minimum risk of postoperative recidives and inflammatory complications. 8 dwg
