SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device designed to improve current yield of storage battery with temperature transmitter and at least one heating element arranged inside battery with adequate protection against liquid and acid. Heating element is power translator 10 mounted on radiator and supplied with current from storage battery. Control electrode of translator is supplied with current from temperature control circuit 34 if temperature of battery is below preset value and voltage of battery is higher than lower threshold value and lower than upper threshold value. Flip-flop circuit is provided with responses to rise of battery voltage after switching off of current in consumer with high value of current consumption. Flip-flop circuit sets into operation timing circuit 108 which makes power transistor 10 pass current for preset lapse of time at battery voltage below lower threshold value or equal to threshold value.
