FIELD: MINING industry. SUBSTANCE: task is set to achieve fuller extraction of minerals (titanium-magnetite, ilmenite) from above indicated ores and simultaneously produce mortar sand with no change in local environmental condition. Task is achieved by a method of ore processing including crushing, sizing, wet magnetic separation, concentration, and gravitation. Extraction of minerals and mortar sand is effected owing to difference in density, magnetic, and electric properties of minerals. Method enables producing titanium-magnetite concentrate in amount 10.9% containing (in wt %): iron, 60.8, sulfur, 0.13, and titanium dioxide, 11.03; and ilmenite concentrate in amount 12.57% containing titanium dioxide, 40.93. iron, 36.4, and sulfur, 0.9.
