FIELD: molecular biology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to DNA containing intron sequences and encoding the human enzyme named as bile acid salt-stimulated lipase or carboxyl-ester lipase. DNA molecule is used for producing recombinant human lipases preferably by producing in transgenic mammals but not in human organisms. Recombinant human lipases can be used for infant feeding as mother milk substituents or for preparing medicinal agents for treatment, for example: malabsorption, mucoviscidosis and chronic pancreatitis. EFFECT: improved method of preparing, enhanced effectiveness of treatment and nutrition.
