METHOD OF ELECTROLYTIC MICROARC DEPOSITING OF COATING BY WELDING ON CARBON STEEL PIECES

摘要

FIELD: metals protection against corrosion, sphere of electrolytic depositing of protective inorganic coatings on details of chemical equipment in particular. SUBSTANCE: method allows to increase thickness of formed coating by 2 - 4 fold and to raise its chemical stability. Carbon steel piece is deposited with composition of following components, mass %: KMnO4 3 - 3.5, MgO 2 - 4, aerosil 3 -4, aluminum powder ПАП-1 or ПАП-2 35 - 45, H3PO4 10 - 14, water to 100. Then it is subjected to thermal treatment under temperature of 500 - 550 C and then electrolytic microarc treatment is exercised in alkaline electrolyte under current density of 5 - 25 A/dm2. EFFECT: increased chemical stability and thickness of protective coatings.
