METHOD FOR ORTHOTERMINAL CORRECTION OF CYANOTIC HEART DISEASES

FIELD: medicine; heart surgery. SUBSTANCE: method involves formation of an intercanal line with stitching the edge of the right auricle wound (closer to the atrioventricular fissure) to the lateral edge of the interauricular defect and medial wall of the right auricle. After restoration of the coronary blood flow, the more distant edge of the wound of the lateral wall of the right auricle is stitched to the sutured flap of the right auricle wound. EFFECT: shorter myocardium ischemia period during surgery; more reliable prevention of intracardiac obstruction; wider intercalary cavity.
