At definite amplitude relations of control signal also affording monitored constant transfer function of controlled active element and signal phase, transfer function of controlled active element relative to signal changes. Amplification of broad-band amplitude-modulated or phase-shift keyed signals is actually attained by sequential signal source current connection from controlled active element made in the form of two-terminal network; signal impedances of both are commensurable. Device provides for compensating of uncontrolled parameters of controlled active element, signal source, and load. In case of linear phase-frequency response of controlled active element, output signal phase distortions may be attenuated by next similar stage. EFFECT: facilitated procedure, improved design.
