METHOD OF DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS OF EARLY AND INVASIVE ONCOPATHOLOGY

FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: method involves determination of lymphocyte, monocyte, segment nuclear and rod nuclear leukocyte, concentration of immunoglobulins A and M, different T- and B-lymphocyte, theophylline-sensitive and theophylline-resistant lymphocyte, parameters of phagocyte index, volume of circulating blood in patient peripheral blood. Also, mean tumor diameter is determined and ratio of total number of population of B, T, T-early, depositless, reduced, stable, theophylline-sensitive and theophylline-resistant lymphocyte and ratio of O-cells to the mean tumor diameter were calculated by formulas given in description. Early oncopathology is diagnosed in the presence at least one positive index of ratio of total number of B-, different T-lymphocytes and O-cells to the mean tumor diameter value and ИКИ-indices and invasive cancer - at the absence of positive indices. EFFECT: increased precision of early oncopathology and invasive cancer (about 100%).
