FIELD: fertilizers production. SUBSTANCE: organo- mineral fertilizer based on wastes from coal production and coal cleaning in combination with mineral salts and biological wastes may be fabricated in the form of composts and grains and applied in agriculture to improve fertility of poor soils as environmentally harmful, mildly acting fertilizer with 3-4 year aftereffect period. Elevated content of humic acids increases by 35-40% volume of mobile forms of nutrients and plasticity of substance. Elevated insolation coefficient assists heating of soil and better germination of seeds in early spring. Biological waste components of fertilizer may be: biological sludges from waste-disposal plants, wastes from hydrolysis and wood- working enterprises, drains from stock-raising and poultry economies and farms, and other environment pollution sources. EFFECT: enlarged resource of fertilizers production.
