Potato separator as pin belt and brush belts - uses oppositely-directed bristled return bets between brush belts in fully height-adjustable device for potato harvesters

Brush-fitted (15) return belts or straps (12) are fitted in the aisles between the removal belts (5,6). They rotate the opposite way to these (7) which in turn can be differentially adjusted in height wrt. the return belts and the pin-fitted belt (2). The rotation speed of the belts differs from that of the return belts or straps. Additional components include the drive and return rollers (3,4) for the pin belt. There are endless belts with their bristles (8) between rollers (9,11) off shaft (10) as opposed to the rollers (14,18) for the return belts. In service, belt bristles free the potatoes from the general flow e.g. (20) and those not amenable to the bristles are pressed down by these into a belt e.g. (22). The remaining flow passes to the return belt or strap bristles which in turn align the potatoes correctly e.g. (24).
