The swashplate fitting has a drive element carrying a rotating eccentric plate, a rotary transmission and a wedge system to eliminate play in the transmission. The eccentric plate (8) can be moved radially on the drive element (3) in the direction defined by its eccentricity. There is a guide (13) in the drive element, in which a slide valve (14) is able to move. The slide valve has a wedge (14') by which the satellite gear is kept in engagement free of play with the sun-wheel.
