Hydraulic machine with toothed rotor forming pressure and return chambers - uses shaft-integrated spring abutment bearing all between side guides which adjust in pressure-controlling valve action
Hydraulic machine with toothed rotor forming pressure and return chambers - uses shaft-integrated spring abutment bearing all between side guides which adjust in pressure-controlling valve action
The thrust bearing (91) is mounted on the shaft (3) and the one or more plate springs (52) forming the spring assembly (92) bears at its outer edge on the lateral guide disc whilst bearing on the abutment (91) with its inside edge. The plate spring has holes on its outer and/or inner edge to admit the hydraulic medium, the abutment bearing being preferably integrated with the shaft as a ring which is otherwise placed on the shaft (3). The first abutment bearing takes the form of a ring or annular disc and has stepped openings for the several springs (92). One end of the shaft mounts the externally toothed rotor (5) as enclosed within an internally toothed ring (7) all held between the guide faces (44,45) of the lateral guides. Pressure and return holes (32,33) from lines (35,36) correspond to one another in the guiding face (44) during rotation, using axially adjusting lateral guides which are loaded towards rotor (5) or ring (7) by their contained hydraulic pressure or by spring (92) and in this way form a first pressure control device (49).
