Two-component polyurethane adhesive precuring to flexible film and curing to tough bond

A two-component polyurethane adhesive, especially for bonding components to systems in industrial manufacture, consists of (A) a polyol component and (B) an isocyanate component. (B) comprises a combination of an isocyanate (I) that reacts rapidly at room temperature to a soft flexible adhesive film and an isocyanate (II) that reacts slowly at room temperature but rapidly at higher temperature to a tough bond. Also claimed is a bonding method using an adhesive of this type.
