High grade secondary raw material production for pre-crushed fired brick or roof tiles

A process comprises producing high grade secondary raw materials from silicate mineral sorted and comminuted rubble. The prepared rubble is converted to a reactive activated state by tribomechanical and/or tribochemical treatment comprising comminution by impact or friction in a gaseous or liquid phase to form particles with a diameter range (wrt. the maximum value in the frequency distribution) of 0.1 to 30 (preferably 0.6 to 3.0) microns.
