An at least three-layer co-extruded film, comprises outer layers (1) and (2) of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and hydrocarbon polymer respectively, and an interlayer(s) (3) made of olefin-based polymer adhesive (I) containing maleic anhydride (MA), with a Vicat softening point (ASTM D 1525) of below 70 deg C.
