A silo (1) for bulk grains discharges through a conical end-section to an outlet. The inner face of the conical end-section is made of a taut elastic material. The silo is preferably double-walled, the lower part of the inner wall is made of a taut rubber membrane (6) which stands clear of the outer wall when not under maximum load from the silo contents.
