Drive wheel undercarriage for esp. rubber continuous tracked vehicle

The undercarriage has wheels (5) on one end of pivoting levers (6) the other end of which are connected to the chassis. Esp. hydraulic piston and cylinder units (7) are connected between the chassis and pref. the middle of the levers to provide damping and springing to the pivoting movement of the levers. The piston and cylinder units are interconnected hydraulically. They move the wheels so that the tracks exert a constant pressure on the ground unaffected by variations in ground conditions or levels.
