A high frequency composite material is made of a tertiary alloy AaMbDc and a synthetic resin with A selected from Fe, CO, Ni; M selected from Hf, Zr, W, Ti, V, Nb, Mo, Cr, Mg, Mn, Al, Si, Ca, Sr, Ba, Cu, Ga, Ge, As, se, Zn, Cd, In, Sn, Sb, Te, Pb, Bi and rare earths; and D is selected from O, C and B. a is 40-80; b is 0-30 and c is 0-50. The powder of the alloy is coated with a synthetic resin.
