摘要

This method and device is used for the functional and quality test of control devices. The method comprises an event control of individual test steps with the aid of defined signals from and to the test device, which reduces the test time. Furthermore, the method comprises testing with the aid of square wave signals applied to the control device which are detected by the control device and output to the test device which increases the depth of testing.
