PURPOSE: To reduce a falling difference of a knitted fabric roll fallen on a discharging device by rotating a knitted fabric roll receiver together with a winding member to rotate the movable arm of a reel roll-attaching or detaching device and temporarily hold the winding roll. ;CONSTITUTION: A knitted fabric roll receiver rotated together with a winding member 5 is fixed to beam bolts 21, 21 attached to a winding frames 19, 20, and a winding roll 15 is fallen on the receiver and subsequently guided in the discharging direction.
