A medical waste disposal apparatus for heating waste includes a hydrodynamic exhaust scrubber in which water is sprinkled in an atomized or spouted state into a circulation passage as the gaseous pyrolytic product and the steam flow through the passage, so that the product and the steam are dissolved in the water.
