The device for coextruding a two-colour nod (sausage) of cooked sugar paste includes two sugar-supply paths converging in the form of a V towards a compression and distribution head (10) and an extruding die (11). The compression and distribution head includes two inner channels of complex morphology of which the entrances on the rear face are connected respectively to each of the conveying paths and of which the exits are coplanar on the front face, the exit of one of the channels being of circular shape, that of the other channel being in the form of a crown surrounding the exit of the first.
