The panel has a first external wall (12) forming a panel face (10) to be situated in the inside of the wall and a second external panel (14) forming a face to be situated on the exterior side of the wall. The internal volume of the panel is divided by an internal wall (16) parallel to the external faces to form a hollow shuttering compartment (20) situated between the first wall and the internal wall. the latter has openings (36) across which the water can pass towards the interior of the drainage compartment for collection. The panel can be made of plastics.
