Current limiter for sector mains high power rectification

The current limiter limits the current fed to a capacitor (Cf). The capacitor is connected across the output (P,M) of a rectifier bridge. The current limiter has a sensing circuit (17) measuring the a.c. voltage crossing point. When the zero crossing point is reached, in line switches (K2,K1) across the rectifier bridge (12) are closed to authorize conduction.
