Automatic control for central heating boiler burner

The micro-controller, supplied information by probes automatically controls the operation of the boiler burner. The probes take the installation heating demands and control the burner as a function of this instantaneous demand. The only control to effect is to take the low temperature of the return water. The parameters connected to the speed of cooling are taken as the image of load rate, for managing start up of the burner before attaining the minimum temperature. The controller modulates the time between heating and stopping heating as a function of the preceding noted load rate. The micro controller program maintains a record of the heating period exceeding the burner instantaneous capacities. The control becomes evident when a definite period in the record approaches when it anticipates over consumption which would force the boiler into the high temperature zone.
