The landscaping block (1) has two parts including a rear part (2) with cavities (4) of rectangular section in the central part and two half cavities (5) at the ends. It has a front part which has an ornament (13) of which the section is limited by a convex and a concave line (14,15) which form a continuous line with an inflexion point (16) situated on the transverse axis (12) of the block. The two half cavities can be provided with a shoulder (9) disposed on the rear face and associated with parallelepiped locking formations (49) which are positioned in the cavities.
