Maintaining refrigerator temperature equilibrium using fuzzy logic control of air flow

Temperatures of each of a multiplicity of portions in a refrigerator compartment 10 are accurately inferred from a fuzzy model using the values of temperature changes sensed by only a small number of temperature sensors 11, 12. The rotational velocity of a rotary blade in a cool air discharging means 15 is appropriately controlled according to the inferred positions into which cool air is to be discharged. As a result, the cool air is appropriately discharged into each portion, so that the optimal temperature equilibrium is obtained in the refrigeration compartment.
