PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a necessary remembering a VTR(video tape recorder) device in which the reservation of a program is performed when the video recording is performed in a state in which plural VTR devices are connected. ;SOLUTION: An AV system controller 1 which accepted a reservation checks conditions of respective AV devices 3 at a program stating time and selects a recordable AV device to make it start the video recording of a program. Then, at a program completing time, the controller 1 makes the AV device performing the video recording complete the video recording of the program, Moreover, the controller registers data of the program in a media list 13b incorporated in the controller by confirming that the video recording is normally completed.
