PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform composite processing of dissolution of a carbon dioxide and disposal operation without changing an ecosystem of seawater and an environment by providing an electric equipment housing unit to house at least a pump water turbine for a low head and a pump water turbine for a high head and a carbon dioxide supply pipeline into a tank. ;SOLUTION: At power generating operation time, when a carbon dioxide is supplied to seawater in a tank 1 through a carbon dioxide supply pipeline 5, carbon dioxide piping 13 and plural nozzles 12 from an aboveground carbon dioxide generating source 6, carbon dioxide gas agitated by the rise of a seawater level by a low head part 10, sufficiently melts into a large quantity of seawater. Therefore, a carbon dioxide melting into the seawater can be discharged by diluting the carbon dioxide in the seawater when the seawater in the tank 1 is discharged in the deep sea through supply discharge piping 22 for a high head at electricity accumulating time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
