PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the decomposing and purifying effect at the time of decomposing and purifying the animal and plant grease discharged from a kitchen by using a small-sized multi-vessel waste water tank as a grease trap, attaching a grease adsorbent to the water surface in the tank and blowing oxygen from the bottom in the tank. SOLUTION: A part of the animal and plant grease contained in waste water is adsorbed on the grease adsorbent of a grease decomposing and purifying device 40 provided to a sink cabinet and decomposed by a grease decomposing microorganism, the grease in excess of adsorption capacity is introduced into a waste water tank 1, and the grease floated up on the water surface is adsorbed on a grease adsorbent 13 at the upper part. The grease in the waste water which has not been separated in the first tank 5 to the fourth tank and leaked in the fifth tank is floated up and completely adsorbed on a grease adsorbent before entering the sixth tank 10. The grease floated and accumulated inside is aerated in the first tank 5 to the fourth tank by a diffuser pipe by operating a blower with a timer from the time use of the kitchen is finished until the use is started.
