VOLUME REDUCING AND RECOVERING DEVICE OF PET BOTTLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the volume reducing and recovering device of a PET bottle, with which the continuous charging of a plurality of PET bottles is realized and the work by a user is carried out in a short period of time without employing a larger sized power and a larger sized device. ;SOLUTION: By opening a charging port 1 toward a user, a PET bottle is charged in the charging port. Then, by closing the charging port 1, the PET bottle is kept in a small chamber partitioned by partitioning plates 3. A PET bottle charged next is similarly kept. Then, through the rotating movement a belt conveyor 4, the PET bottle is fed to a volume reducing device part. At the volume reducing device part, the PET bottle fallen from above is kept by a push plate 9. By moving a nut 8 leftwards through the rotation of a motor 5, a kept PET bottle is crushed by being pushed against a stop plate 12. Then, by rotating the motor 5 reversely, the push plate 9 is moved rightwards, resulting in falling the crushed PET bottle down to a lower recovery box 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
