PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately turn a stopper body to an evacuation position without influence of increase of the actuation number of times and stably actuate it even during a blackout. ;SOLUTION: The base ends of a stopper body 5 and a receive plate 6 are pivotted to a fixed frame 3 by a common horizontal shaft 4. And the stopper body 5 and the receiving plate 6 are separably connected to each other by a magnet catcher 7 fixed to the receiving plate 6 and set at an appropriate magnetic atractive force. When a pallet loaded with a car moves down at a normal speed, the receiving plate 6 and the stopper body 5 are kept in a connected condition and sprung together and turned. When the pallet 1 loaded with a car drops at a speed faster than a normal speed, the connection of the receiving plate 6 and the stopper body 4 is disengaged and only the receiving plate 6 is sprung and turned.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
