The measured values 2 and 3 are permanently held by the memory cell 46 of a storage device 4. The stationary and dynamic states related to the traveling performance of these measured data, that is, a trigger condition 4a is also held in the storage device 4. If the measured data 2 and 3 coincide with the trigger condition 4a, by an analyzing device 5, redefined mathematical and statistical analyses are started by an analysis unit 5a.
