SHEET PAPER INSERTING PLATE IN AUTOMATIC PAPER FEEDER OF SHEET PAPER PROCESSING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any catch of sheet paper from occurring by reforming an air inlet opening installed in this paper inserting plate for sheet paper in an automatic paper feeder of a sheet-fed press. ;SOLUTION: A projection forming part protruded downward from the surface of a paper inserting plate 1 is formed in an opening 3, and thereby an incline 8 is made so as to be installed in this opening 3, while this incline 8 is made so as to form an angle α smaller than 45° in the surface of the paper inserting plate 1. Notch length L1 of the opening 3 is set to be shorter than height H between the incline 8 and the paper inserting plate 1. With this constitution, such a possibility that a corner part or edge part of sheet paper 4 might hitch on the lower part of an opening edge part of the opening 3 is prevented from occurring.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
