PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repair a silo reasonably and efficiently, so as to enable the silo to be efficiently operated. ;SOLUTION: On a supporting shaft member 21 capable of being rotationally driven vertically supported with the center position of the underside of the ceiling plate of silo sub-bin through a fixedly supporting mechanism 30, an expansible arm 41 is fixedly provided at the end part, and a fixed length arm 42 is provided at the end part capably of being swung in the horizontal direction.
