PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and safely open and close a ceiling opening without use of a stepladder, and simply inspect and exchange an air filter unit of an air conditioner in a room without entering the ceiling. SOLUTION: A pair of right and left guide rail plates 9 are provided in the ceiling of an opening formed in a ceiling 1 of a room including an air conditioner 2 in the ceiling, and a guide groove 10 is provided longitudinally in the guide rail plates 9, and further a downward longitudinal guide groove 10b is provided in a front end of each guide groove followed by a semispherical rounded part 10a. Further, a guide pin 11 protruded on left and right sides of an opening 8 is engaged with the guide groove 10, and a pair of left and right expandable slider 21 are provided rearwardly of the guide rail plate 9 with its base part rotatably supported on a horizontal shaft 6, and the opening 8 is mounted between the tip ends of the expandable slider 21.
