PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter capable of cutting the stem part of Chinese cabbage without forcing labor on an operator. ;SOLUTION: This cutter is equipped with a transporting mechanism C having belt conveyors SC and MC at an upper and a lower positions so as to send a Chinese cabbage B in a state of the central axis in the longer direction of the Chinese cabbage B laid in the transporting direction and with a cutting mechanism D having a rotary blade 23 at a lower side position in the transporting direction of the transporting mechanism C so as to cut the stem part Ba of the Chinese cabbage B by driving force.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
