PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter capable of cutting the stem part of Chinese cabbage by a simple operation in high accuracy. ;SOLUTION: A case 4 for housing a Chinese cabbage B with laying a stem part Ba downward is constituted movably in the vertical direction through a guide mechanism G. When the case 4 is operated to a lower position, a rotary blade 13 is introduced from an opening 4E of a bottom part into the interior of the case to cut the stem part Ba of the Chinese cabbage B by the rotation of the rotary blade 13.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
