PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep water in a flower bowl clean over a long period of time by an anti-fouling function peculiar to tin by providing a cast body made by casting tin as a flower water preservative unit, which has the cart surface as it is cast, and forming numberless meshes like a net. ;SOLUTION: A flower water anti-fouling unit put in a large flower bowl, including a bucket, is a cast body 1 made by casting tin material like a bottomless basket, and has many meshes 2. The cast body 1 is manufactured by a rubber caster casting method, and an unnecessary part such as burrs or the like produced at the time of casting is removed, but polishing after casting, which is generally performed, is not conducted to remain the cast surface produced at the time of casting as it is. The thus formed cast body 1 has numberless meshes 2, and the cast surface as it is cast is kept so that the contact area with water is remarkably increased as compared with that of a plate piece with the same weight so as to heighten an anti-fouling effect for water.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
