BIOLOGICAL NUTRITIVE SUBSTANCE FROM ORGANISM-DERIVED MATTER AS STOCK AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an easy-to-handle biological nutritive substance at low cost in extremely high concentrations by transforming an organism-derived matter as stock into a form readily absorbable into organisms through solid culture of mould and, as necessary, hydrolysis. SOLUTION: This biological nutritive substance is obtained by inoculating mould into an organism-derived matter as stock followed by conducting a solid culture to effect transformation of the organism-derived matter into a form readily absorbable into organisms. As necessary, a product from the solid culture is kept at a water content of =50wt.% at 30-65 deg.C for a specified time so as to carry out a hydrolysis to obtain a second version of the objective nutritive substance. Furthermore, as necessary, the second version is inoculated with aerobic and/or anaerobic microorganisms to proliferate them, thus obtaining the third version of the objective nutritive substance.
