PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planter, constituted so as to close the dome in a day in which cold is severe to prevent snow or chilblain and increase greenhouse effect and protect plants and so as to open the dome in watering by attaching a dome capable of opening and closing onto a planter. ;SOLUTION: A vinyl is wound around semi-circular plastic rods and plastic bolts are thrust into a planter in which holes are bored and the resultant dome is fixed so as to enable opening and closing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
