PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively and easily constitute a subject device by interposing normal rotation-reverse rotation transmitting belt transmission mechanisms between a driving shaft and a driven shaft to rotate in the constant direction, and arranging a tension clutch operation mechanism which can freely perform engaging operation on tension clutches of the respective belt transmission mechanisms by alternative operation. ;SOLUTION: A first transmission belt is tensioned over a first driving pulley 6 integrally arranged on an output shaft 3 and a first driven pulley 7 integrally arranged on an input shaft 4, and a normal rotation transmission belt transmission mechanism 8 is arranged. To the contrary, a reverse rotation transmission belt transmission mechanism 12 is constituted by winding a second transmission belt 11 over a second driving pulley 9 integrally arranged on the output shaft 3 and a reversely rotating driven pulley 10. A first tension clutch 16 to impart/ release tension to/from the first transmission belt 5 and a second tension clutch 17 to impart/release tension to/from the second transmission belt 11 are arranged to engage and disengage transmission.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
