PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a construction period by constituting a building of a foundation, a sill, posts, girth beams, girder beams, a roof part, pipe fillings, wall panels, etc., and assembling members previously precut and panels processed and assembled in a plant at a building site. ;SOLUTION: A sill 3 is formed of a sill singe body 3A and left and right sills 3B made of wood arranged on a foundation 2, and a vertical receiver hole 3C for a first pipe hardware is drilled on a connecting point of a first floor post 4 on the sill single bodies 3A, 3B. Additionally, a lateral pin hole 3D corresponding to a pin hole under the first pipe hardware 9 is drilled on a side surface of each of the base single bodies 3A, 3B, and the first pipe hardware 9 is inserted into the vertical receiver hole 3C on an upper surface of the sill single body 3B and a pin P driven from the lateral pin hole 3D is inserted and connected. Thereafter, a vertical receiver hole 41A for the first pipe hardware is drilled on a lower end surface of a first floor post 41 positioned on the corner side, a lateral pin hole 41B is drilled below on a side surface, and the pin P is driven in the first pipe hardware 9 and connected.
