Further when the displacement of the steel framed structure becomes large, the shock absorber body 2 and a beam 3 come in contact with each other, and the shock absorber body 2 is pressed to the stopper 4 on the side far from the building. Its impact and the oscillation of the steel framed structure are absorbed by an elastic body 6 and a damper 7.
