PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a numerical control program preparing method with which plural pieces of working data can be speedily inputted without considering the order of input, a numerical control program for enabling efficient working can be prepared by rearranging the working data later and the numerical control program reducing the number of times of machine tool switching or reducing the moving amount of machine tool at the time of working can be prepared. ;SOLUTION: Concerning this method, the program including plural pieces of working data is inputted interactively with a display means, these plural pieces of working data are rearranged in the order of working according to efficient working rules of materials W1 in the order of saw cutting work →saw groove work → vertical boring work → horizontal boring work → router groove work → router hole work or according to the efficient working rules of materials W1 successively from one closest to the position of machine tool to be used, and this program is converted into the numerical control program in the EIA format of these rearranged contents.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
