PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a noise source by actively controlling the noise, by comprising a microcomputer part which performs the real time processing of a noise signal output from a low-pass filter part and a phase sensing part, without the phase delay. SOLUTION: A sensor part 101 outputs a noise signal in an acoustic sound field space to the first low-pass filter part 103. The first low-pass filter part 103 outputs the noise signal to a microcomputer part 105 through the low-pass filtering. A phase sensing part 104 senses a phase of the low-pass filtered noise signal, and outputs the same. The microcomputer part 105 calculates an antiphase signal corresponding to the phase signal of the noise signal, from an internal memory, and outputs the same. The microcomputer part 105 feeds back the remained noise signal and controls the error of the remained noise signal by adjusting an output signal. The second low-pass filter part 106 outputs a signal output from the microcomputer 105 through the lowpass filtering.
