SQUEEGEE FOR SOLDER PASTE PRINTING, SOLDER PASTE PRINTING EQUIPMENT AND SOLDER PASTE PRINTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wear of a mask, improve responsibility and enable stable coat-printing, by fixing a second member whose rigidity is large into contact with a mask contact rear surface of a first member of an elastic member, in a squeegee. ;SOLUTION: A squeegee 4 consists of the following; a first member 4a constituted of an elastic member like urethane rubber, and a second member 4b which is stacked on the opposite side of the printed surface of the first member and has rigidity larger than that of the first member. The squeegee 4 is in contact with a mask 3 by using the first member 4a as the elastic member. Since the first member 4a is retained by the second member 4b whose rigidity is large and transformation is restrained, wear of the squeegee 4 is reduced and printing with stable solder paste is enabled. By applying the squeegee 4 to a solder paste printing equipment, excellent printing can be realized.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
