PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a normal shared WB function and an individual memory function for not performing transmission to a communicating party be compatible within the same window area of a shared WB. SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with an input mode setting means 4b for setting a public mode or a private mode as an input mode at the time of inputting shared WB data by an input part 1 and a shared WB data management means 4d for separately managing the data inputted in the public mode and the data inputted in the private mode and transmitting public data to other terminals but not transmitting private data to the other terminals and independently manages the public data shared by the plural terminals and the private data used only in the present terminal within one shared WB window. Thus, only the public data are shared among the plural terminals and the private data are used only in the terminal to which they are inputted.
