PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and portable sheet for the test of pollen germination, enabling to easily judge the quality of the pollen at a culture site. ;SOLUTION: This sheet for the test of pollen germination comprises a main sheet body 1 for the test of the pollen germination, a holding sheet 2 joined to the back surface of the main sheet body 1, a protecting sheet 3 joined to the surface of the main sheet body 1, and a transparent film 4 disposed on the protecting sheet 3. In the sheet for the test of the pollen germination, a light-shielding sheet may be attached to the upper surface of the sheet 4. The main sheet body 1 is formed by shaping a solution comprise water, nutritive ingredients required for the germination of pollen, and a gel-like base agent into a thin film-like sheet. A circular hole 5 is formed in the protecting sheet 3. The adhesive end part 4a of the transparent film 4 is bonded to the adhesive part 2a of the holding sheet 2. The transparent film 4 is lifted, and the test of the pollen germination is subsequently carried out on the main sheet body 1 through the circular hole 5 of the protecting sheet 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
